Delivery and returns
Big furniture shouldn't arrive in a box at the kerb. Here is how we bring it home, and what happens if it isn't right.
30 days to live with it
If it isn't right, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We collect it for free and refund you in full once it is back with us.
Ten-year frame warranty
Every frame, joint and base is guaranteed for ten years. If one fails, we repair or replace it, and pay for the trip.
How delivery works

You order
You get a confirmation straight away, with the lead time for every piece.

We make or pick it
Lead times are on every product page, from three days for ceramics to eight weeks for a made-to-order sofa.

We call to book
When it is ready we call to book a two-hour window that suits you, weekdays or Saturday.

We bring it in
Two people carry it to the room, assemble it, check it with you and take every bit of packaging away.

Questions
Can I change my delivery day?
Yes. Call or write at least two working days before, and we will find another window.
Will you take away my old furniture?
We can take one piece away for every piece we deliver, for $40. Tell us when we call to book, and we will pass it on to a local charity where it is still usable.
What if something arrives damaged?
The team checks every piece with you before they leave. If anything is marked or broken, they note it and we repair or replace it at no cost.
How do I return a piece?
Write to us within 30 days of delivery. We book a collection, and refund you in full within five working days of the piece coming back.
Made-to-order upholstery in a fabric you chose can be returned only if it is faulty.
Can I see a finish or fabric first?
Yes. We post up to four wood or fabric samples for free, so you can see them in your own light.
Does flat-pack ever arrive?
Never. Everything arrives assembled, or is assembled in your room by our team.
